Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Mediate, investigate, and resolve conflicts
- Guide employees through various benefits processes
- Support disciplinary processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various HR topics
- Assist with planning and executing employee engagement and positive employee relations activities
- Capable of influencing individuals and leaders across the organization
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager to align development plans
- Coordinate company-wide events, celebrations, and community activities
