Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in the maintenance department, carrying out responsibilities such as interviewing, training, and assigning work, as well as implementing and maintaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and supporting plant safety efforts.
Requirements
- B.S. or Associates in a Technical field
- 5+ years Manufacturing Maintenance experience
- 3+ years Supervisor/Leadership experience
- Preferred experience with SAP or equivalent ERP, CMMS Maintenance Software's
- Knowledge in Electrical Trouble-shooting
- Allen Bradley PLC programming a plus
