Requirements

• Cassandra installation and configuration
• Cluster setup and replication set up
• Application development using Cassandra as data storage
• Migrating parts of data from Oracle DB to Casandra schema to improve performance
• Using spark to fetch, load and update data in Casandra.
• Using spark fetch data from Oracle and load into Casandra.
• Experience working with Solr and Casandra UDT (user Defined Data types).
• Cassandra schema design, performance tuning, and CQL query experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java and java technologies using the Tomcat server
• Good exposure and at least 3+ years of experience with Hadoop and relational DBs that are used for DW and OLTP
• Work with the team on additional tasks that may come due to changing requirements.
• Be a team player and able to work independently.
