Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in fast-paced agency environments
- 3–5+ years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Proven success in Account Director or Sr. Account Director roles
- Experience managing complex, integrated accounts (retainer and/or project-based)
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Experience contributing to account growth and long-term planning
- Strong presenter with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of scopes, budgets, and resourcing
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
