We are a Bavarian building company seeking a Project Developer for Construction Projects and Real Estate Analysis. As a project developer, you will plan and develop construction projects from idea to implementation, ensuring customer and company requirements are met. Responsibilities include project development, acquisition, calculation, planning, risk management, and customer communication.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, economics, real estate economics, or a related field
• Experience in creating building rights and project development in the construction industry
• Broad contact network to banks, property owners, investors, and real estate agents
• Transaction experience and comprehensive market knowledge
• Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
• High level of self-initiative and engagement
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluent German language skills, good English language skills desirable
