Job Description
We are a Bavarian construction company looking for a Project Developer to plan and develop construction projects from idea to implementation, ensuring customer and company requirements are met. The ideal candidate has experience in project development, a strong network of contacts, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate Economics, or a related field
- Experience in creating building rights and project development in the construction industry
- Broad network of contacts with banks, property owners, investors, and real estate agents
- Transaction experience and comprehensive market knowledge
- Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- High level of self-initiative and commitment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent German language skills, good English language skills desirable
