Adler Pelzer Group is seeking an Engineering Manager for its manufacturing operations in Eudora, KS. The successful candidate will manage the engineering department, develop and implement processes, and lead a team to improve throughput, inventory, and operating expenses.

Requirements

• Manages the Engineering Department to deliver engineering priorities of the facility
• Confers with planning, corporate engineering and the design staff concerning product design and tooling
• Estimates production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions
