Maintenance Manager

STS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to support the opening of a brand-new facility in Salem, Virginia. The role involves managing tasks, assignments, and schedules for personnel, analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems, and developing a Preventative Maintenance Program.

Requirements

• Manage tasks, assignments, and schedules for personnel
• Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Develop and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program
• Inspect and repair machinery and equipment
• Test newly installed or refurbished equipment
• Notify plant manager of recurring equipment malfunctions
• Maintain and monitor inventory of maintenance equipment and parts
• Train and oversee newly hired maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot PLC problems
• Install and maintain program modifications for all machines
• Coordinate with plant superintendent and/or plant manager and maintenance department
