Job Description
STS Group is seeking a Quality Technician to help launch a manufacturing facility in Salem, Virginia. The Quality Technician will be responsible for completing receiving inspections, testing materials, and maintaining calibrations.
Requirements
- Complete Receiving Inspection per Work Instructions.
- Test realization of pellet specific gravity
- Tests realization of Melt flow rate
- Prepare material test reports
- Assurance the Check Fixture Usage
- Maintain Calibrations per QSI Calibration database.
- Provide maintenance to Check fixture devices
- Perform of Scrap Entry-Reporting
- Complete testing per Work Instructions.
- Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Assist in training new operators to WI’s and customer specification requirements.
