We are a leading Advertising Solutions Provider in Hamburg, Germany, and we are looking for a Work Student: Human Resources to join our team. The role involves collecting diverse experiences in the HR field, supporting recruitment, participation in HR projects, organization of training measures, administrative tasks, employee binding and development, on- and offboarding, and company-wide projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, psychology, or a related field with a focus on human resource management
• Affinity to HR topics, ideally with first experiences in this area
• Communicative, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility
• Secure language skills in German in word and writing, as well as fluent English skills
• Ability to maintain an overview, even with high project volume and complex processes
