Adlook is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing business with upper-funnel clients and agencies. The role involves building brand awareness, securing new business, identifying key decision-makers, and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales
- Proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Excellent media and communication skills
- Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Enthusiasm for sales and ability to measure effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Fluent Italian and English
- Travel and onsite client meetings
