Entry Industrial Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks, operate equipment, and assist senior mechanics with repairs. Work in a production environment with a focus on safety and quality.

What You Will Do

Perform tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and equipment inspections. Operate hoists, lift trucks, and power tools. Assist with repairs and complete housekeeping and safe work practices.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written) and understand all SOPs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Hands-on maintenance and/or millwright experience, or experience in production and/or similar military environment (preferred)
• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• Technical school training as mechanic or equivalent highly desired
