Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

Maintenance Technician will work in the Fostoria Soybean Facility, taking on challenges and responsibilities within the Maintenance Department. The role requires a strong mechanical background and a commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture.

What You Will Do

Install and maintain machinery and equipment, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and repair and rebuild mechanical drive systems. Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety. They will also be willing to learn through on-the-job training and/or outside training.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written) and understand all SOPs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Strong mechanical background to include a minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance and/or millwright experience
• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• Technical school training as mechanic or equivalent highly desired
