Job description
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising production staff, maintaining good working relationships, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. They will lead daily plant operations, including safety, quality control, and production.
The Shift Supervisor will provide solutions, promote collaboration, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives. They will review employee performance, assist in employee development, and work with Quality Manager and managerial staff to uphold quality control standards.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience, be proactive, and self-motivated. They will be able to analyze information quickly, troubleshoot equipment failures, and work in a dynamic environment.
