- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company within the HR area
- practical knowledge of HR processes and tools
- proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders
- experience in HR project and program management
- strong analytical skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- fluency in Polish and English
