Job Description
My Client is actively looking to recruit a full time chef manager at this busy school based in the Reading area. The role is responsible for managing a large school feeding approximately 1100 children per day.
Requirements
- Managing a large school feeding approximately 1100 children per day
- Understanding of education catering
- Front-facing role with regular contact with pupils
- Food lead chef manager experience
- Knowledge of local and national food trends
