Director of Production, Creative Studio

Join Studio, Adobe’s in-house creative agency, where creativity, culture, and business strategy converge. The Director of Production will work in close partnership with the VP of Creative to shape how the Studio operates, ensuring creative vision is translated into execution with clarity, speed, and excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative production, program management, or integrated production roles within an agency or in-house creative organization.
• Proven experience leading production and program management for large-scale, complex creative initiatives across multiple channels and disciplines.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing and optimizing complex production budgets.
• Ability to translate creative vision into execution, balancing ambition with operational realities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and a curiosity for how emerging technologies can transform production and creative operations.
