The Director, Product Management - Agentic Product will lead Adobe's 3rd party strategy for agent-driven creative workflows, shaping how AI collaborates with creators, automates routine work, and amplifies human creativity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product or innovation leadership experience
- Deep fluency in agentic packaging — MCP, skills manifests, hero prompts, plugin architecture
- Deep understanding of creative workflows and empathy for the creative community
- Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to connect high-level vision to pragmatic execution
- Skilled collaborator with strong executive presence
