
Job description
The Director of Strategy and Business Operations will partner with the VP of People, Place & Culture Ops to develop, manage, and implement key initiatives, operating mechanisms, and processes within a complex global HR Operations organization.
Build and manage the operational cadence for running the PPCO business, drive accountability, and continuous process improvement; work with the cross-Employee Experience Business Operations team to establish and drive initiatives across several time horizons.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business and operating intuition, be a motivational agent of change, and have outstanding program management intuition and skill.
