Director of Business Operations for the Adobe.com & Customer Engagement Platform organization, responsible for ensuring a large, complex team runs with rigor and discipline, translating strategy into operating rhythms, and driving accountability across the leadership team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or management consulting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Prior experience supporting a global large-scale product, engineering or technology organization is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of designing and running complex operating rhythms (including annual planning cycles, OKRs, and executive-level business reviews)
- Experience owning headcount and budget planning processes at scale, in close partnership with Finance
- Exceptional operational rigor: follow-through, accuracy, and bringing structure and discipline to complex, fast-moving initiatives
- Strong financial acumen and comfort navigating complex headcount, forecasting, and budget models
- Ability to build trust quickly across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to C-suite executives
