Director, Chief of Staff - Product Operations

The Director, Chief of Staff to the Head of Product Management is a trusted partner and operating lever for the Product organization. This role strengthens how the organization runs—driving leadership cadence, decision hygiene, execution follow-through, operational insights, and cross-functional alignment—so Product leaders can focus on the highest-leverage outcomes.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy & Operations roles.
• Demonstrated ability to run senior leadership cadences and drive execution rigor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
• High judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong comfort with metrics, dashboards, and operational insights.
