Director, Tax

Adobe is seeking a Director of Tax with 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience to oversee all aspects of the US income tax function, including income tax accounting and domestic compliance and controversy. The Director will partner with cross-functional teams to support the business, manage risk and opportunities, and drive tax strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting for income taxes, corporate income tax compliance (federal, state, and local), internal controls, U.S. GAAP, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to understand, address, and decisively drive solutions to complex domestic and cross-border tax matters
• Demonstrated track record of leading, motivating, developing, and assessing a team of robust tax managers and individual contributors.
• Ability to convey and collaborate with non-tax professionals, challenge the status quo respectfully, and act as a catalyst within the organization.
• CPA and or Masters in Taxation preferred
