Engineering Program Manager

Experienced Engineering Program Manager sought to lead the development and release of technologies, products, features & functions in Firefly organization. Key responsibilities include building project schedules, negotiating with 3rd parties/internal teams, and facilitating discussions between product/client teams, product management and engineering. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Gen AI tech stack, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask and stay on top of multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Exhibits a high degree of autonomy, is determined, and should be a go-getter with the ability to multitask and stay on top of a lot of things simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Good understanding of Gen AI tech stack
• Knowledge of a software product development lifecycle
• Knowledge of agile development techniques and project management tools
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate in a geographically distributed environment with diverse collaborators and to operate in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity
