Senior Financial Analyst (G&A)

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Employee Experience (EX) Finance team in San Jose, CA. The role will support senior leadership with headcount and budget management, drive and guide partners through key processes, and provide continuous insight into the overall health of the business. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of FP&A experience and a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of FP&A (or related) experience at a similar or larger size company required
• Experience supporting Employee Workplace Experience, Corporate / G&A, Real Estate, Facilities Management, etc. preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. MBA preferred
