Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager role to own the end-to-end single AI experience and ship conversational UX across apps, partnering with Design, Engineering, and Data/Activation teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management shipping user-facing experiences at scale (enterprise SaaS preferred)
• Depth in UX/interaction principles and modern component systems
• Track record shipping a single-assistant product in an enterprise context
• GenAI literacy for enterprise: experience with LLM-based products, evaluation & metrics, privacy/guardrails, and responsible AI practices
• Data-driven: comfortable with instrumentation/experimentation
