
Job description
Partner with Senior Director of North America Channel Sales to accelerate sales excellence, reveal market opportunities, and guide corporate strategy. Optimize sales processes and programs across direct and indirect sales teams, manage day-to-day operational health, and use AI tools to sharpen analysis and streamline workflows.
Align with Sales leadership, provide insights and highlight growth opportunities, drive business reviews, and lead the Partner Target setting process. Collaborate with Reporting and Automation team, GTM leads, Finance, Marketing, and other Sales Operations teams.
10+ years of work experience in operations or related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build trust and drive accountability, and experience with CRM systems like SFDC or MSFT Dynamics.
