Requirements

• MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of software engineering experience building scalable distributed systems
• Strong expertise in system design and architecture (microservices, APIs, platforms)
• Rich experience with internationalization/localization or global products
• Experience building or integrating GenAI/LLM-powered systems in production
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-team architecture
• Solid modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability, reliability)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
