Job Description
Adobe is seeking a Sr Director of Product Design to lead the development of Firefly Enterprise and GenStudio across multiple surfaces and partnerships. The role requires a leader with experience in managing large distributed design teams, a strong business sense, and the ability to drive quality experiences through design leadership.
Requirements
- An experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing large distributed (and global) design teams.
- Strong business sense and ability to drive quality experiences through design leadership.
- Ability to navigate within a highly matrixed organization, working through and across multiple teams, functions, and structures.
- Extensive knowledge of user-centered design principles, standard methodologies for UX/UI, information architecture, emergent AI-first design and the capability to transform business objectives into captivating designs.
- Ability to tell compelling stories through making that drive influence and alignment.
