Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts to support planning, control, and optimization of channel partner incentive programs.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA/CA/CPA preferred but not mandatory
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Channel Finance roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to evaluate ROI and business impact
- Understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems preferred
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles including accruals, revenue recognition, and expense management
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI/Tableau strongly preferred
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and operate in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-through
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
