Job Description
Occupational Therapist for ADPA Nord Isère's ESAD and ESMND teams, promoting autonomy and improving quality of life for older people and people with disabilities through home assessments, rehabilitation sessions, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Develop and implement actions to promote autonomy and improve quality of life
- Conduct interviews with patient's family and/or caregivers
- Conduct home assessments and home-based rehabilitation sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patient's entourage or family
- Maintain accurate records
