We are seeking a VP of Sales to own Adquadrant's new business function, from strategy to close, with a focus on high-growth consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, GTM strategy, and AI solutions, with a proven track record of closing $1M+ annual deals and beating multi-million-dollar targets.
Requirements
- 12+ years in sales, with at least 5 in leadership within a digital marketing agency, consulting, or adjacent field.
- Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals and beating multi-million-dollar targets.
- Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, and performance marketing ecosystems, with experience selling into SMB and mid-market retailers in the $10M–$150M annual revenue range.
- Demonstrated mastery of GTM strategy, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Fluency in selling complex, multi-service agency engagements with measurable ROI.
- High tech proficiency and passion for AI
- A recognized presence or thought leadership platform in the direct-to-consumer/retail space.
- Experience speaking at conferences and positioning organizations as market leaders.
- Personal network that can generate immediate high-value opportunities.
- Startup or scale-up background, thriving in ambiguity and fast growth.
