Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will receive on-the-job paid training to develop a deep understanding of insurance products and sales strategies. You will educate customers on their insurance needs and drive sales while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, sales-driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience
• Personal lines or P&C license (preferred)
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• Spanish (Preferred)
• Personal Lines License (Preferred)
• Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
