A/P Specialist

ADS, Inc. is seeking an A/P Specialist to work at their headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciliations, and other financial tasks, and will work closely with vendors and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of business office experience, with strong analytical and mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of business office experience in at least two of the following: Inventory A/P, Matching receiving documentation, General ledger coding, Check processing
• 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office
• Advanced Excel user
