Job Description
ADS, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage contracts, collaborate with the sales team, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Requirements
- Distribute RFQs from DLA to ADS Sales Rep
- Maintain TLS Bid log
- Work with ADS Sales team
- Have working knowledge of government contracting regulations
- Perform day-to-day contract administration duties
- Answer DLA inquiries
- Obtain pricing information
- Verify compliance documentation
- Assist TLS Contract Manager
- Stay current with procurement changes
- Establish working relationships with DDC and DLA
- Assist accounting with payment and billing issues
- Facilitate addition of new items to approved catalog
- Assist with maintenance of TLS catalog
