Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related discipline
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex concepts for clients
- Analytical thinker with experience using data and KPIs to drive success
- Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
