Job Description
Our client is a fund management company seeking a Junior Fund Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, maintaining financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Fund Administration/ Auditors/ Fund Management firm
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, including FRS and IFRS.
- Familiarity with the Singapore regulatory framework for VCC funds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably Quickbook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
