Job Description
Handle install, service, and customer service work assigned by Management in a Consumer Small Business office. Install and service backlog management, install and service job scheduling, managing install/monitoring permits, managing missing paperwork, updating customer accounts, and assisting with customer credits or cancellations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience preferred
- Basic Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Typing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
