Service Technician

At ADT, we’re looking for a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, and program existing security and site automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in service, technical aptitude, and strong verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, configure, and program existing security and site automation solutions
• Service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service
