Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst for Sales, Onboarding & Commission Management in the insurance industry. The role involves defining and validating end-to-end processes for sales channel management, partner onboarding, hierarchy configuration, and commission processing within the new core insurance platform.
Requirements
- 4-5 years in health/general insurance sales operations or distribution systems
- Strong experience with CRM and commission systems
- Proven expertise in business process modelling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS)
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
