Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will oversee all HVAC service operations, manage a team of technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and software
- EPA Universal
- Valid Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent required
