Manager I/II Proposal Pricing & Compliance

Responsible for ensuring proposal team operates efficiently and successfully, proposals are professional, high quality and reflect the high standards and objectives of the corporation, and that the proposal submission is compliant and responsive to all customer requirements and to the instructions of the RFP. Lead the development of internal and external compliant cost proposals, pricing models, and pricing volumes in response to federal solicitations. Manage and conduct proposal submissions in accordance with Capture and Pursuit Process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Defense industry experience required
• Subject matter expertise and knowledge
• Project management best practices from sources such as Project Management Institute, Six Sigma and the Capability Maturity Model
• Project and proposal management lifecycles; and Government Procurement/Capture/Proposal Management
• Strong communication skills
• Effective team building approach
• Excellent oral and technical writing abilities
