Therapist

Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking mental health therapists to provide out-patient services for children and families and/or adults in Gaithersburg, MD. The team uses a family-centered approach to treatment, with a focus on psychiatry, off-site counseling, and on-site therapy. The ideal candidate shares the company's mission and vision and wants to make a difference in the community.

Requirements

• Meet with assigned clients in group, individual, joint, or family sessions
• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
• Complete clinical notes and other paperwork as required
• Maintain contact with referral sources and work cooperatively with other team members
• Respect client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Respond to client and staff communication within 24 hours
• Attend clinical supervision sessions and department meetings
