Job Description
We are seeking CNAs who can work in our long term care facilities. As a CNA, you will provide care and tend to physical needs of patients according to the patient care plan.
Requirements
- NY State CNA license and registration
- CNA school diploma or completion
- CPR (optional)
- Malpractice Insurance (optional)
- Physical exam with PPD
- MMR, varicella titers lab results and Hep B lab result
- Drug screening lab results in the last 10 months
- Two reference letters
- State ID or Driver License
- SS card
