Job Description
Advanced Coatings Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help lead our Maintenance Team and make an impact on day one! The ideal candidate will direct and maintain all machine maintenance, promote continuous improvement, and coordinate employee actions for subordinates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledgeable in maintaining & operating of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to direct and maintain all machine maintenance, machine preventive maintenance (PMs), building and grounds and maintenance team
