General Manager

ACER is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee all outside plant and telecom construction services. This role is crucial for successful project completion and requires strong communication, leadership, and dedication to safety. The GM will work with the President and Vice President of Technical Operations to manage construction and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an outside plant/construction environment
• 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Previous Management roles in both/either outside plant and telecom construction
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain it
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
