Line Operator

Line Operator responsible for performing and maintaining daily activities associated with a production line, including housekeeping, safety, quality, and production efficiencies. Requires flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Benefits include work-life balance, increased pay, and personal savings.

• Leads with line tooling changes, start-ups and shutdowns
• Maintains a safe work environment
• Accurately completes shift production and reporting paperwork
• Conducts regular product sampling to ensure consistent quality
• Meets or exceeds standard production efficiencies
• Maintains and increases ability to operate various production lines
• Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems and perform repairs and adjustments
• Perform tooling changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
• Practice continuous improvement
