Maintenance Tech 1 Plant

Performs preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, maintaining spare parts inventory, and working 40+ hours per week, weekends, and on-call duties. Requires flexibility, physical labor, and ability to work in temperature extremes. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge, and experience in industrial maintenance and control systems.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on machines and their controls
• Maintain and build job skills through company training programs
• Contact, specify, and order replacement parts & control components from supplier as needed
• Effectively contribute to CMMS performance through timely PM & Repair Work Order completion while ensuring compliance
• Work with Production Staff to ensure the safe and reliable operation of plant equipment
• Help develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects to improve production efficiencies and Safety
• Support Daily Management directives and initiatives
