Job Description
The Manager Plant Maintenance oversees and performs preventive and reactive maintenance duties for the manufacturing operations of the plant, supervising a department and managing PM schedules, repair of equipment, and spare parts inventory.
Requirements
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and repairs on machines and their controls
- Contact and order replacement parts & control components from supplier
- Effectively manage CMMS performance
- Direct & assist 1st responders to support troubleshooting machine problems
- Maintain and build job skills through training programs
