Early Career - Policy Principal - Decision Maker Education & Engagement

Advanced Energy United is seeking a Policy Principal to join their Decisionmaker Education and Engagement team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as an ability to quickly assess and act upon political dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years of professional experience in policy analysis, policy advocacy, and/or market analysis
• Experience in the advanced energy industry or clean energy advocacy community
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical subject matter
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience managing confidential information and intelligence
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated copy editing skills
