Job Description
Performs engineering work in applied research, design, development, testing, manufacturing process, and documentation of products or systems. Leads engineers and engineering technicians, and interacts with senior level professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechnatronic Engineering/Science or similar
- 5-8 years of Electrical/Electronic engineering experience with focus on product performance understanding
- Highly skilled on electrical schematics and circuit analysis
- Ability to lead team members
- Experience with influencing and negotiating in complex situations
- Effective communication skills
